Voice Reporting Flow
Step 01
Teacher records voice note
Teacher flags a concern in under a minute, anywhere -- hallway, classroom, cafeteria. No form. No login. Just a voice note from their phone.
Step 02
Pulse transcribes and routes
Pulse transcribes the note automatically, tags it to the student's record, and routes an alert to the right counselor or administrator based on the risk type.
Step 03
Support reaches the student
The counselor receives the context, the student's history, and a suggested resource, before the student walks back through the door. No email chain. No dropped concern.
Teacher Reporting by Department

Priority Actions
9 at-risk students in Grade 11, 3 without completed interventions. Assign a dedicated counselor block for Grade 11 in October. Pulse will push weekly check-in alerts for the three highest-risk students through November 30.
Two teachers in Electives have not filed a voice report in 6+ weeks. Structured re-onboarding session scheduled October 8. If adoption does not improve by October 31, escalate to principal per the support protocol.
23% of families are Spanish-speaking. Zero Spanish-language resources currently exist in the Pulse resource library. Target: 8 translated resources added by November 15, prioritizing the highest-volume intervention types.
Family Outreach interventions are resolving at 71%, the lowest of any intervention type and below the 80% threshold. Conduct a process review with the counseling team by October 20. Identify the drop-off point and redesign the outreach script.
